I feel your pain. I have broadband but it’s a useless pile of shit and barely faster than dial up. Catch you on the flip side!

Someone from Eircom rang me the other day and asked howmy broadband was.
Before I could stop myself, I replied, ‘Actually, it’s completely shit’. I was a bit horrified at my impropriety, but she sounded like she could take it.
I explained it had been like having dial up and that I’d no interest in upgrading to a more expensive service that would be the same as the original 1MB one.
So she upgraded me to 3MB instantly and things seem better, for now.
Moral: swear at telesales people.

Eircom are a shower of fucking arseholes. We use Eircom in work and it’s all the time breaking down. Confession: I have a small dongle. I use the O2 dongle and it’s perfect. 20 quid a month. Can’t go wrong.

Eircom are tossers. When we moved to Cavan they said we’d have broadband the following January. That was LAST January. I have an 02 dongle which is passable at times and a chocolate teapot at others. I blame Bert.
